According to an increasing number of people that’s far too few. These people remember the taste of potatoes from their youth or see potatoes as more than just a side dish.
The film shows those who stand up for the diversity of the potato. They have often been called cranks, but they just love their homeland. That is why they stand up for regional differences in agriculture. Plus, they love the potato, the humble vegetable that enriches our menu in so many forms.
