background

Unsere Wälder

Even though they've been in the same spot all their lives: Trees are not mute or lonely creatures. In the forest they have friends and business partners, family members and enemies. And they are connected with all of them.

Spring, summer, autumn and winter not only bring colour into our forests, each season opens short time windows which many forest dwellers have to use to survive.

Forests are the largest freshwater reservoirs in the world, because everything in the forest is designed to store water for bad times.

This is a series of three episodes.
